The Huntsman Garment Bag is built for garments that deserve better than being folded. Suits, blazers, and dress pieces travel in full-length protection inside this heavy vintage wax canvas bag — arriving at the destination the same way they left.
The exterior is cut from 14oz vintage cotton duck, dyed and treated for water repellency, with leather welting trim and #5 brass zippers fitted with leather pulls. The full-length brass zipper opens the main compartment wide for easy loading, and a side compartment handles the extras — documents, accessories, or anything else you'd rather keep separate. Inside, a full nylon lining allows garments to slide in and out smoothly without snagging, and a built-in hanger attachment lets you keep the hanger hook tucked inside or extend it through the top to hang the entire bag.
Rugged bridle leather handles are stitched and riveted in place — fold the bag once and carry it comfortably by hand. All seams are taped and finished clean, with heavy nylon thread stitching throughout. This is a garment bag built to the same standard as the Huntsman Collection it belongs to. Made in the USA.

Caring for Martexin™ Original Wax Duck Canvas
- Do not machine wash or dry clean — this will damage the wax finish
- Wax fabrics have been used successfully for many years without washing
- A periodic wipe-down with a hose and damp cloth is all that's needed
- Treat the wax canvas as you would a quality leather product — clean gently, never submerge
- Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight
The bridle leather handles and welting trim will develop a natural patina with use. Condition periodically with a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and extend the life of the leather.
