Our Commitment
At Parrott Canvas Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of our ship date. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Eligible Items
You may return any non-monogrammed item within 30 days of our ship date if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item has all original tags and packaging
- You have your original packing slip or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:

Monogrammed or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized with monograms, embroidery, or personalization (unless we made an error in the customization)

Used or Worn Items: Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage

Items Without Tags: Items with removed or missing tags or packaging

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase (unless defective)

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund
Special Circumstances
Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or replacement, even if the item has been used. Defective items include:
- Broken zippers, snaps, or hardware
- Stitching coming apart or unraveling
- Material tears or holes (not caused by normal wear)
- Color fading or bleeding beyond normal expectations
Please contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net with photos of the defect, and we will provide instructions for your return.
Wrong or Incorrect Items Shipped
If we shipped you the wrong item, incorrect color, wrong size, or an item that does not match your order, we will gladly accept the return and provide a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Monogrammed Items with Errors
If your monogrammed or personalized item was lettered incorrectly due to an error on our part (not an error in your order specifications), we will remake the item at no charge or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos showing the error. We cannot accept returns for monogrammed items that were correctly created according to your specifications.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact us to initiate your return:
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
Once your return is approved:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Include a copy of your original packing slip
- Include a note with your order number and instructions (refund or exchange, and for what item)
- Ensure all tags are attached and the item is unused

Important:
- Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs if you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or are not satisfied with the item (as long as the item is not defective and was shipped correctly)

Our Error: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, or monogramming error on our part)
Special Return Requirements
Corporate, Organization, and Reseller Orders
If you placed a corporate, organization, or reseller order (bulk orders over 10 items), you must obtain a return authorization number before returning any items. Please contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net with your order details to request authorization.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline

Return Receipt: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements (unused, tags attached, original condition)

Inspection: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Issued: Your refund will be credited to your original payment method

Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Product Refund: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s)

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, or our monogramming error)

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:
- Item shows signs of use or wear
- Item is missing tags or packaging
- Item is damaged after delivery but before return
- Item is returned more than 30 days after the ship date (at our discretion)
If a partial refund is necessary, we will contact you before processing the refund to discuss options.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process outlined above to return your original item
- Place a new order on our website for the item you would like
- Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed. If you prefer, you can wait for your refund to process before placing the new order.
Refused or Undeliverable Returns
If a return package is refused by us or returned to you as undeliverable:
- We will not process a refund
- You will need to contact us to arrange an alternative return method
- The 30-day return window still applies from the original ship date
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of our ship date (not the delivery date). The ship date is noted on your packing slip and in your shipping confirmation email. Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
