Shipping Locations

Parrott Canvas Co. currently ships to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. All orders must have a valid U.S. street address for delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time varies based on product type and availability:

  • In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
  • Monogrammed/Personalized Items: 3-7 business days (depending on complexity and order volume)
  • Custom Orders: Processing time will be communicated when your order is placed

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after your order ships
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on destination and package size)
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Rush Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after your order ships
  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx
  • Tracking: Included with all rush shipments
  • Note: Rush shipping expedites delivery time only, not processing time. Monogrammed items still require standard processing time before shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected (Standard or Rush)
  • Destination address

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

You can track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, we will make every effort to ship all products together in one package. However, if items have different availability or processing times, they may be shipped separately:

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment
  • You will only be charged for items included in each shipment
  • The shipping charge quoted at checkout may be applied to the first shipment
  • Additional shipments typically incur no extra shipping charges unless otherwise noted

If you would prefer to wait for all items to be available before shipping, please include this request in the order notes at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

Order Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections or changes requested after an order has shipped must be arranged directly with the shipping carrier and may incur additional fees.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net or 800-348-9694 immediately. We can only update addresses for orders that have not yet shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Parrott Canvas Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Monitoring your tracking information closely
  • Arranging for someone to receive the package if you won't be home
  • Requesting the package be held at a carrier facility for pickup
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if you believe your package was stolen

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and building management before contacting us. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items
  2. Contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net within 7 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or filing a claim with the carrier.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Customs delays (for Alaska and Hawaii shipments)
  • Address verification issues

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at customerservice@parrottcanvas.net, and we will investigate the status with the carrier.

Out-of-Stock Items

We make every effort to keep our inventory updated. However, occasionally an item may go out of stock after you place your order. If this occurs:

  • We will notify you via email within 1-2 business days
  • We will provide an estimated restock date if available
  • You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel that portion of your order for a full refund
  • The rest of your order will ship as scheduled

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International addresses (outside the United States)
  • Freight forwarders or package consolidation services

Orders placed with restricted addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (such as the holiday season in November and December), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. We will post updates on our website regarding any expected delays during peak periods.

We do not process or ship orders on the following federal holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
  • Christmas Day
