What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 24 pieces per style and color for promotional and custom orders.
How long does production take?
Blank (undecorated) orders ship in 2–3 weeks. Embroidered or printed items require 4–5 weeks. All orders ship FOB Greenville, NC.
Are there setup fees for embroidery or silkscreen?
Setup fees apply to first-time orders. There are no setup fees on reorders with the same artwork.
Can you manufacture a custom-designed bag?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of standard fabrics, colors, and sizes, plus custom options for handle length, zippers, snaps, and pockets. Bags can also be manufactured entirely to your specifications — pricing and minimums are quoted per your requirements.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We prefer vector artwork (Adobe Illustrator .ai files with text converted to outlines). We also accept PDF, TIFF, PSD, and JPEG. PMS color numbers are preferred for color matching.
What are the payment terms?
Net 30 days upon credit approval. First orders, custom designs, and large orders require a deposit or pre-payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. No changes can be accepted after production has started. Canceled orders are subject to costs incurred prior to production, including art, screens, embroidery digitizing, and proofs.
Do you offer over/under run protection?
We make every effort to ship exact quantities. Due to manufacturing complexity, we reserve the right to over- or under-ship up to 5% and bill accordingly.
