Every backpack in this collection starts with 1000-denier Cordura nylon, sourced in the United States and cut in our Greenville, North Carolina shop. Cordura is a different kind of material: tightly woven, abrasion-resistant, and built to hold its shape long after lesser fabrics have worn through. We have been sewing bags here since 1982, and every piece is made in-house so we control exactly what goes into each one. These are not import bags finished with an American label. They are handcrafted, start to finish, by the same team that has been doing this work for over forty years.
